Damaged Lake Sunapee dinner cruise ship fixed, ready for season

SUNAPEE, New Hampshire — A dinner cruise ship that partially sank while docked at New Hampshire's Sunapee Harbor has been fixed.

The MV Kearsarge is heading back out next Monday night for its inaugural sunset cruise on Lake Sunapee.

The ship's owners said a hole the size of a pencil eraser led to the boat sinking on Lake Sunapee in January.

The ship has been in service since 1980.
