Alaska: Anchorage police say Seward Highway crash kills 1


ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Anchorage police say a collision on the Seward Highway near Potter Marsh has killed one person and temporarily closed the highway.

The Anchorage Daily News reports that police spokeswoman Jennifer Castro says the Tuesday evening crash involved a commercial vehicle and passenger vehicle.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
