DILLON, Montana — A 49-year-old Dewey man is charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence of methamphetamine in the hit-and-run death of a woman who was walking along Interstate 15 near Dillon.
Donald G. Welborn is charged with striking 32-year-old Mary Elizabeth Merino of Divide at about 2:10 a.m. on Oct. 28.
