INDIANAPOLIS — Authorities say 14 people have been transported to hospitals after a van struck a bus in Indianapolis.

Indianapolis Fire Department Capt. Rita Reith (ryt) says witnesses told investigators that a southbound van ran a red light and struck an eastbound bus with 20 people aboard.

She says both the van and the bus were driven by 62-year-old men.

It wasn't immediately clear how serious the injuries are.
