BATON ROUGE, Louisiana — A 22-year-old woman was stabbed to death Saturday morning at her Baton Rouge home after an apparent argument, Baton Rouge police are reporting.

Cpl. Don Coppola Jr. with the Baton Rouge Police Department says in a news release that the victim has been identified as 32-year-old Lekeisha Duncan.

Coppola says officers were called to the scene around 4 a.m. after a 911 call. He says a man met officers at the door to the house and officers found Duncan's body.

Duncan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Coppola says the man who answered the door was not married to the victim. He says the nature of their relationship is still under investigation and it's unclear if the man also lived at the house.

Coppola says no arrests have been made.
