Gov. Mike Beebe announces intent to grant pardons to 15 convicts, son not on this list

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — Gov. Mike Beebe intends to grant 15 pardons.

The list released Wednesday does not include Beebe's son — Kyle Beebe — who was convicted of felony marijuana possession in 2003. The governor has said he intends to pardon his son and spokesman Matt DeCample said Kyle Beebe will be on next month's list.

The 15 include Timothy Allen of Texarkana, Texas; Bobby Clark of Cabot; Judy Cockrell of Hamburg; Todd Fitzgerald of Sherwood; Randall Hatfield of Haughton, Louisiana; Joseph Melton of Jacksonville; Troy Nations of Camden; Chasitiy Payne of Scott; Jeremy Pearson of Bryant; Cade Qualls of Lake City; Laura Casteel Teague of Kensett; James Tracy of Howe, Oklahoma; William Tubby of Howe, Oklahoma; Daniel Williams of Centerton; and Timothy Williams of Harrison.

The public has 30 days to comment.
