5 Rock Hill members of Hells Angels sentenced for federal racketeering, drug charges

COLUMBIA, South Carolina — Five members of the Hells Angels from Rock Hill have been sentenced on federal weapons and drug charges.

The Herald of Rock Hill reports (http://bit.ly/10wTdvx) that Richard Thrower was sentenced Thursday to 27 months in prison. Frank Enriquez Hill was sentenced to two years, and Johanna Looper received a 15-month sentence.

Bruce Wilson was sentenced to 18 months in prison, and James Rhodus received five months probation. All five previously pleaded guilty to various charges including money laundering and selling guns to a felon.

Other members of the motorcycle gang have already been sentenced. Last summer, 20 people connected with Hells Angels were arrested after police used informants and wiretaps to expose an elaborate enterprise of drugs and weapons laundering. Officers seized guns, cocaine and methamphetamine.
