NEW HAVEN, Connecticut — Jack Montague scored a career-high 19 points to help Yale extend its winning streak to six games with an 81-66 win over Dartmouth on Friday night.

Montague, who came into the game leading the Ivy League in 3-point field goal percentage (.446), made 6 of 8 field goals, including 5 of 6 from behind the arc.

Justin Sears added 16 points and Makai Mason scored 11 for Yale (16-6, 5-0 Ivy League), which started league play 5-0 for the first time since the official start of Ivy play in the 1956-57 season.

Dartmouth (8-11, 1-4) made just 7 of 24 (29 percent) first-half field goal attempts and trailed 35-21 at the break.

The Big Green pulled within nine on three occasions in the second half, the last of which came on Miles Wright's dunk with 11:44 left, but would get no closer.
