SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio man has been sentenced to more than 18 years in federal prison for distributing child pornography.

A federal judge handed down the punishment to 23-year-old Michael Glasenapp on Thursday. He will serve 18 years and four months in prison followed by 30 years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to the distribution charge in April.

The FBI seized computer equipment from Glasenapp in March 2013. They found more than 400 images and 48 videos of children. Authorities say he shared some of the material with an undercover officer via the Internet.
