Police recover body of missing boater in Hunterdon County reservoir

CLINTON, New Jersey — Police have recovered the body of a missing boater in the reservoir at Spruce Run Recreation Area in Clinton.

The search began Thursday.

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony Kearns told the Courier News of Bridgewater (http://mycj.co/10ukZMa ) a man from the Somerville area was reported missing on Wednesday night.

The man's name has not yet been released.

Spruce Run is comprised of nearly 1,300 acres and 15 miles of shoreline.
