Duluth man dies when all-terrain vehicle rolls in northeastern Minnesota

DULUTH, Minnesota — Authorities say a Duluth man has died in an all-terrain vehicle rollover in northeastern Minnesota.

The St. Louis County sheriff's office received a report early Sunday of an overturned ATV in the ditch with a man pinned underneath.

First responders were unable to revive the driver.

The name of the 32-year-old victim was not immediately released.

The sheriff's office says alcohol and speed are believed to be contributing factors in the crash.
