NBC said Monday the match averaged 1.41 million viewers, topping the 1.38 million who viewed Manchester United's 3-3 tie against Chelsea on Fox on Feb. 5, 2012. NBC said last month's match also was seen by 63,000 unique visitors on its Sports Live Extra app, the fifth-highest total.

NBC is in the second season of a three-year contract to televise the Premier League in the U.S.
