Delaware man charged with 5th DUI in Harrington

HARRINGTON, Delaware — Harrington Police have charged a Georgetown man with a fifth DUI.

Police say an officer saw a car drift out of the left lane of South DuPont Highway about 1 a.m. Sunday. Police say after pulling the car over, the officer smelled alcohol and gave the driver field sobriety tests.

WMDT reports (http://bit.ly/1nNrmsr) that 47-year-old Randall Bowden was charged with fifth offense driving under the influence. Police say he has four previous DUI convictions dating to 2001.
