Arson fire burns vacant Seattle house; no injuries; $60,000 damage

SEATTLE — The Seattle Fire Department says a fire Sunday at a vacant house in the Beacon Hill neighborhood was set.

There were no injuries. The fire department estimates damage at $60,000.

KIRO reports (http://bit.ly/1A4n6ae ) the fire was started on the outside and burned the top portion of the house.

Neighbors say tenantshad moved out a couple of weeks ago.
