Hannah Kearney wins women's World Cup moguls event, takes season lead

VAL ST. COME, Quebec — Hannah Kearney won the women's World Cup moguls event Saturday to take the top spot in the women's standings.

Kearney, from Norwich, Vermont, is retiring at the end of the season. She passed Olympic champion Justine Dufour-Lapointe of Canada in the standings. Dufour-Lapointe was 14th.

Dufour-Lapointe's sister, Chloe Dufour-Lapointe, was second.

Canada's Mikael Kingsbury won his fifth straight men's event. Australia's Matt Graham was second.
