CHICAGO — Grain futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery was 4 cents lower at 6.2975 a bushel; March corn was 4.25 cents lower at 4.30 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.5175 a bushel; while January soybeans lower 9.75 cents to 13.14 a bushel.
Beef mixed and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
February live cattle declined .13 cent to $1.3297 a pound; January feeder cattle was .13 cent higher at $1.6720 a pound; February lean hogs were .50 cent lower at $.8750 a pound.
