NEW ROCHELLE, New York — Isaiah Williams scored 19 points, Deyshonee Much had 17 and both hit five 3-pointers to lead Iona to a 64-58 win over Saint Peter's on Friday night after blowing most of a 21-point lead.

The Gaels (10-8, 7-2 Mid-Atlantic), who led 37-21 at the half, went up 55-34 with 11:07 left after Williams hit two 3s in an 8-0 burst. The Peacocks reeled off nine quick points and, after a basket by Williams, scored 11 more to close within 57-54 with 2:48 left.

Williams and Saint Peter's Antwon Portley swapped 3-pointers but in the last minute, St. Peter's ran out of gas, making just one free throw.

Iona made 14 of 30 3s but was just 4 of 12 in the second half. A.J. English had 11 points and eight assists.
