Man wanted in NH arrested in Texas

CONCORD, New Hampshire — A man wanted in New Hampshire on identity theft, smuggling contraband and other charges has been arrested in Texas.

Richard Cybenko was last known to have ties to Milton, New Hampshire The U.S. Marshals, which arrested him Friday in Sugar Land, Texas, said he was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

A "Fugitive of the Week" ad was featured Sept. 12 in local media. Based on information developed by the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, tips were followed to California. Information was developed leading to Texas.

Cybenko also wanted by authorities in Colorado and Texas on charges of larceny and theft. Authorities said he had been using different names.
