FORT CAMPBELL, Kentucky — The 101st Airborne Division will conduct a Medal of Honor dedication ceremony for a Vietnam veteran.

The ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday at 4 p.m. CDT at Fort Campbell on the Kentucky-Tennessee state lines.

A plaque will be hung in division headquarters for Sgt. Santiago J. Erevia.

Erevia received the Medal of Honor during a White House ceremony held March 18. Erevia earned the Medal of Honor for distinguishing himself on May 21, 1969 while serving as a radio-telephone operator during a search-and-clear mission near Tam Ky City in the Republic of Vietnam.
