ST. PETERSBURG, Florida — The Coast Guard has found two boaters who had been missing off Florida's Gulf Coast.

Officials say that Michael Forehand and Lisa Harris were aboard a 39-foot boat over the weekend between Charlotte Harbor and Carrabelle and never returned as expected by Sunday night. They were found Tuesday 45 miles west of Homosassa River and were both in good health. Officials said they had engine failure.

Authorities had been following their cell phone pings and were searching by air and sea. A friend became worried after Harris didn't show up for work Monday.
