MURFREESBORO, Tennessee — Giddy Potts split a pair of free throws and pulled down a rebound with one second left to secure Middle Tennessee's 67-66 win over Florida International on Saturday night.

Potts hit four 3-pointers and totaled 15 points. Perrin Buford led Middle Tennessee (17-6, 9-2 Conference USA) with 16 points.
