Newark convenience store robbed by masked me who flee on foot

NEWARK, Delaware — Newark police say two masked men robbed a convenience store before fleeing on foot.

Police say the robbery occurred about 5 a.m. Sunday at a convenience store on Ogletown Road.

Investigators say the suspects implied they had a weapon, demanded cash and thenfled with an undisclosed amount of money. Police say the clerk was not injured.
