DELTONA, Florida — A memorial is planned this week for a Florida woman and her two children, whose bodies still have not been found a year after authorities say they were slain.

Yessenia Suarez and her children Thalia and Michael were reported missing Oct. 23, 2013. A candlelight memorial will be held Wednesday evening at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Deltona.

Suarez's stepfather tells the Daytona Beach News-Journal (http://bit.ly/1vxOxIp ) that their disappearance "still feels as if it was yesterday." Ruben Perez says the family is still reaching out to the community in the hopes that someone saw something that will lead to their bodies.

Suarez's husband, Luis Toledo, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Suarez. He's also charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of the children.
