UND men's hockey team finishes 3rd in both national polls after run to NCAA Frozen Four

GRAND FORKS, North Dakota — The University of North Dakota men's hockey team has finished third in both national polls.

UND made it to the NCAA Frozen Four but lost in the semifinals to Boston University. UND finishes third in both the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll and the USCHO.com poll.

National champion Providence is first and runner-up Boston is second in both polls. Nebraska-Omaha, which lost to Providence in the Frozen Four semifinals, is fourth. Denver rounds out the top five.
