IOWA CITY, Iowa — Iowa has signed prep guard Brady Ellingson and forward Dominique Uhl to national letters of intent.
Ellingson, a 6-foot-4 guard from Sussex, Wisconsin, averaged 21.3 points a game as a junior last season. He shot 48 percent from 3-point range and was named first-team All-State.
Uhl, a 6-foot-9 forward from Point Pleasant Beach High in N.J., averaged 10 points and 10 rebounds a game last year.
Iowa coach Fran McCaffery says Ellingson is a "cerebral" player and that Uhl has tremendous ball-handling skills for a player his size.
