Kirkland man, 67, struck and killed in Seattle crosswalk by car making turn


EVERETT, Washington — Police say a man was struck and fatally injured in an Everett crosswalk Monday by a car making a turn.

Fire department medics took the 67-year-old Kirkland man to Providence Medical Center Everett-Colby campus where he died.

Police say the driver remained at the scene of accident, at Wetmore Ave. and Everett Ave.
