2 charged with drug offenses after Del. traffic stop; cocaine, heroin seized

DOVER, Delaware — Delaware State Police arrested two men on drug charges after a traffic stop in Dover.

Troopers stopped a car that was operating without tail lights about 12:50 a.m. Wednesday. Police say two passengers were searched and found to be in possession of heroin or cocaine.

Twenty-five-year-old Richard Peace and 24-year-old Dorsey Davis, both of Dover, were each charged with possession with intent to deliver and other offenses.
