NEW YORK — The NYPD has arrested a man in connection with the inappropriate touching of two young girls.
Jesse Dailey of Brooklyn was charged Thursday with sex abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say the incident occurred on Sept. 20 in Brooklyn. The victim was walking with a 10-year-old friend when the 34-year-old suspect approached them from behind. Police say he rubbed up against the 10 year old and then squeezed the buttocks of the 11 year old.
He then fled.
Police say Dailey also was charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer investigating the incident.
It wasn't immediately known if Dailey had a lawyer.
