NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Authorities say the last one of the 13 teenagers who escaped from a youth detention center in Nashville is back in custody.

Metropolitan Nashville Police say the 16-year-old boy was located early Sunday by an officer on patrol.

Tennessee Department of Children's Services spokesman Rob Johnson said several teens overpowered a guard at the Woodland Hills Youth Development Center late Friday night. They took the guard's keys and let themselves out of a dormitory. Twelve of the teens were recaptured within hours of the escape.

The breakout was the latest in a series of problems at Woodland Hills that have alarmed Tennessee authorities, including a mass breakout by 32 teens on Sept. 1. The state has since begun a review of youth detention security in the state.
