GRANBY, New York — State police have charged three Syracuse-area teenagers with second-degree murder in the slaying of a 46-year-old man inside his central New York home.
Troopers say Monday that the teens killed Anthony Miller during a burglary at his home in the Oswego County town of Granby. Miller's body was found by friends checking his mobile home on Feb. 3.
Troopers say the teens charged are 16-year-old Glenwood Carr, 17-year-old Michael Celi and 19-year-old Zachary Scott, all of Baldwinsville.
They're in the county jail. It couldn't immediately be determined if they have lawyers.
Local media report court documents say Celi told police Miller attacked him and was stabbed as he struggled over a kitchen knife Celi brought from home. Documents say Carr told police he had wanted to steal marijuana from Miller.
