RICHMOND, Virginia — The clock is ticking for the holder of $1 million Powerball ticket to claim the prize.

The Virginia Lottery says a ticket bought at Getty Mart in Sterling for the June 21 drawing matched all five numbers but missed the Powerball. The ticket will expire at the close of business on Dec. 18 if it isn't claimed.

Under Virginia law, winning tickets expire 180 days after the drawing.

The winning numbers were 5-6-37-41-54. The Powerball number was 26.

The Lottery says six $1 million Powerball tickets have been sold in Virginia so far this year.
