30-year-old man hit by car in Fort Collins crosswalk dies after several days in hospital


FORT COLLINS, Colorado — A 30-year-old man who was hit by a car in a crosswalk in Fort Collins last week has died.

The Coloradoan reports ( ) Kyle Hibler, of Fort Collins, was hit at about 6:30 a.m. Thursday and remained in critical condition for several days. He died at a Loveland hospital Sunday.

Police are trying to determine who had the right of way at the time of the crash but do not believe drugs or alcohol are to blame.

It's unclear if the 29-year-old driver will be charged.
