WILMINGTON, Delaware — Wilmington Police say a man was shot in the thigh around 28th and North Washington Streets.
Police say about 12:45 a.m. Monday, the victim, who authorities say was intoxicated, heard gunshots.
Officers say the man realized he was shot and was taken to Wilmington hospital by relatives.
Police say the victim is not cooperating and has not provided any information about who might have shot him.
