NORFOLK, Virginia — A Norfolk man is the third $1 million winner in Virginia's New Year's Millionaire Raffle.

The Virginia Lottery says David Albee bought the winning ticket at a 7-Eleven in Norfolk. He claimed the prize on Jan. 5.

Albee says in a Lottery news release that he doesn't have any immediate plans for the money.

The other $1 million winners in the Jan. 1 drawing were Sharon Myers of Courtland and Dallas Eccles of Clemmons, North Carolina.

Six $25,000 winning tickets and 300 tickets that won $500 also were sold for the drawing.
