Lots of schools with 2-hour delays Tuesday morning, including St. Cloud, Princeton and Melrose.

The State Patrol says two people were killed in a two-car crash on an icy highway in Rice County south of Minneapolis Tuesday morning. That raises Minnesota's death toll from the storm to four.

Forecasters say round two of the storm will bring frigid temperatures which should stay below freezing for the remainder of the week.
