Deaths of man, woman in northern Pa. home ruled murder-suicide

CANTON, Pennsylvania — Authorities in northern Pennsylvania say the deaths of a man and woman over the weekend have been ruled a murder-suicide.

State police in Bradford County say they were called to a Canton home Sunday morning where they found 24-year-old Teesha Rieco dead of a gunshot wound.

Forty-four-year-old Curtis Chisman was taken to Robert Packer Hospital, where he died later that evening.

Coroner Tom Carman ruled Reico's death a homicide and Chisman's death a suicide.
