Police: 13 reported injured when passenger van flips over in Philly; driver of car arrested

PHILADELPHIA — Authorities say the driver of a car has been arrested after a crash in which more than a dozen people were hurt when a passenger van flipped over in Philadelphia.

The accident happened shortly before 5 a.m. Wednesday in the city's Holmesburg section. Police say 13 people are hurt, but that none of the injuries immediately appeared to be life threatening.

Police say the driver of the car has been arrested for suspicion of DUI. The crash remains under investigation.
