SPOKANE, Washington — Spokane police have arrested a man who drove his car onto railroad tracks and got stuck, resulting in a train colliding with the vehicle.

Police say the incident occurred early Friday morning in downtown Spokane when 24-year-old Ruben Flores drove his car into the tracks.
