WINHALL, Vermont — Vermont State Police say the passing lanes of Routes 11 east and 30 in the southern Vermont town of Winhall are impassable due to trucks stuck on the road.
A police dispatcher says traffic is nearly stopped midmorning Friday so that crews can remove the trucks.
He says the road is expected to be backed up for about an hour.
