Small plane crashes in Dexter, Maine; 2 treated for non-life-threatening injuries


DEXTER, Maine — A small plane has crashed in the central Maine town of Dexter.

The fire chief tells WABI-TV ( that the two occupants — a man and a woman — were able to get out the plane after the crash and were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A hazardous material crew was on the scene to deal with fuel that leaked out the plane.

There's no word yet on what caused the crash.
