Caddo Magnet High School student arrested after being seen damaging restroom at school

SHREVEPORT, Louisiana — Police say a Caddo Magnet High School student was arrested after being seen damaging a restroom at the school.

Cpl. Marcus Hines tells The Times (http://bit.ly/13LMnoK) 18-year-old Justin Washer was escorted to the main office on Tuesday. Upon arrival, Hines says he began to get into a physical altercation with the school resource officer.

Hines says Washer allegedly bit the officer.

Washer is booked with battery on a police officer, public intimidation of a police officer, resisting an officer with force or violence, simple criminal property damage and lastly, simple battery of a school teacher.

It was unclear whether he has an attorney
