Fire causes $250K in damage to home, no one hurt


MORRISVILLE, Vermont — Investigators are trying to determine what caused a house fire in Morrisville, Vermont, that resulted in about $250,000 in damage.

The fire happened Sunday afternoon; the home is considered a total loss.

No one was at home at the time.

The State Police Fire Investigation Unit and investigators from the Division of Fire Safety have been at the scene.
