LOS ANGELES — Police are searching for several gunmen who jumped out of a car and opened fire, seriously wounding two men and leaving a third man with a graze wound in South Los Angeles.

Sgt. Val Valenti says the victims were walking near 94th street just east of Interstate 110 when the shootings happened late Monday.

Valenti says the suspects got back in the car and sped off. Investigators have not released a description of the suspects or the vehicle or identified a possible motive. Valenti says detectives don't think the shootings were gang-related.

City News Service says all the victims were in their 20s.
