SNOWFLAKE, Arizona — An Amber Alert out of eastern Arizona for a 7-year-old girl believed taken by her parents has been cancelled.

Arizona authorities say Miya Siverly was found safe Monday night in New Mexico.

They say 36-year-old Jessica Marie Siverly and 37-year-old Ronnie Dale Siverly have agreed to turn themselves in to Navajo County Sheriff's officials.

The couple been ordered by the Department of Child Safety to turn Miya over to state custody.

Sheriff's officials say Jessica Siverly is being arrested on suspicion of child abuse and they plan to question Ronnie Siverly although it's unclear if he will face charges.

The girl was last seen Monday with her parents in Snowflake.

Sheriff's officials had released descriptions of the girl, her parents and the car the couple was driving.
