BLUFFTON, South Carolina — State Attorney General Alan Wilson is visiting the South Carolina coast to discuss efforts to combat human trafficking and domestic violence.

Wilson speaks Wednesday in Bluffton at a meeting sponsored by the League of Women voters.

Local Solicitor Duffie Stone and State Rep. Shannon Erickson, a Beaufort Republican, are also speaking.

State lawmakers last month approved legislation allowing South Carolina's statewide grand jury to investigate human trafficking.
