EMMITSBURG, Maryland — Junior Robinson pushed Mount St. Mary's ahead with five of his career-high 26 points in the final minute and the Mountaineers beat Sacred Heart 66-61 on Thursday night.

Robinson's 3-point play with gave the Mount (11-15, 8-5 Northeast Conference) a 62-61 lead with 53 seconds left. He made a pair of free throws with 19 seconds and BK Ashe added two more with 6 seconds left to cap the Mount's 7-0 run.

The Mountaineers had the largest lead of the second half before the final score at 59-54 on Gregory Graves' jumper with 5 minutes to go. Sacred Heart (8-16, 7-6) then had its own seven-point run to get in front 61-59 with 1:02 left.

Chris Wray had 17 points and nine rebounds, while Ashe added 15 for Mount St. Mary's.

Cane Broome led Sacred Heart with 20 points. Jordan Allen and Quincy McKnight added 12 points each.
