BRISTOW, Oklahoma — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says its agents are helping investigate after the discovery of possible human remains in Bristow.

The OSBI said Thursday that the Creek County Sheriff's Office asked that agents help search for possible human remains and that a search warrant was served at a home in Bristow on Wednesday.

The OSBI says the remains were found in the home and turned over to the state medical examiner's office to identify and determine the cause and manner of death.
