Phillies shake up bullpen, call up RHP B.J. Rosenberg

PHILADELPHIA — The Phillies have recalled right-hander B.J. Rosenberg from Triple-A Lehigh Valley and sent left-hander Raul Valdes down.

Rosenberg was 1-2 with a 6.12 ERA in 22 relief appearances for Philadelphia last season. He was 1-3 and had a 4.30 ERA in seven starts at Lehigh this season.

Valdes was 1-0 with a 7.65 ERA in 10 appearances out of the bullpen.
