ABERDEEN, South Dakota — A woman who helped steal more than $9,000 from an Aberdeen casino has a chance to keep her record clean.

Risanna Haddock has pleaded guilty to felony grand theft. She's been sentenced to 60 days in jail and two years of probation and fined $804.

The American News in Aberdeen reports (http://bit.ly/1j1x33h ) Haddock and a friend that worked at Rain Forest Casino had devised a plan to steal the money. While Whitney Joseph, 26, went outside to smoke a cigarette, Haddock took $9,058 and left.

A judge granted Haddock granted a suspended imposition of sentence, which means the incident won't go on her record if she follows the terms of her probation.
