NH police warn of man who threatened arrest after stopping vehicle

HUDSON, New Hampshire — The Hudson Police Department says it wants people to be aware of an incident in which a man threatened to arrest another driver after getting him to stop by flashing his lights while driving in the New Hampshire community.

Police say the incident happened at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

The man who was stopped told police the other vehicle signaled him to stop by flashing its fog lights.

The unidentified driver did not claim to be a police officer or display police identification, but he did threaten to arrest the occupant of the vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white, middle-aged male with medium length salt and pepper hair. He was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
